For larger and more complex schemes, we can tender for and deliver the construction works as main contractor and, where formally appointed, Principal Contractor. Projects can be delivered under the appropriate JCT form of building contract, providing clearly defined responsibilities, programme management, cost control, valuation and payment procedures, formal change control and an organised route through practical completion and the defects period.
